All items are made to order by our staff in North Carolina. We try to have everything on hand or premade but sometimes we do have to make items for the order placed. We try to keep production times under 14 days, and often get to the shipping stage way faster!! Trust us we have been doing this a long time and know you are eager to get your product and that you move a lot. So if we anticipate any thing we need to order in or make will take longer we will call about your order!! Thank you for understanding that we are not a big box supply store or Amazon that guarantees in less than two days. We are a pipeline family that runs a small business & we appreciate you more than any large company would!
